I am an intervention specialist working in an elementary school setting. I work daily to help not only the identified students succeed in the classroom but also those who struggle who have not been identified. I think as teachers it is our duty to help every child succeed and help them make a difference in the world today. I think Last to Finish would best serve as a professional resource.
Thanks,
Stephanie
I just finished reading Wiggle Fidgets andi love the book. It reminded me of so many studentsi have had in my lifetime of teaching. As a Literacy Coach, using your books to help support teachers and students would be truly beneficial! Last to Finish wouldbe s great resource for me to use.
I am a Reading and Math interventionist at our Grade 5 and 6 school. I am responsible for those students that have been identified with specific needs. I also help within the regular ed classroom to provide extra support for students that may not need a specific intervention but maybe need skill specific instruction or behavior intervention. I think Last to Finish would be an excellent book as a professional resource.
I am a student in college studying to be a teacher. Making lesson plans with limited resources and am currently working two jobs to pay for school. I work at a pre-school with students who are just coming into the world of learning and love stories. I love reading books with them that help them learn when they don’t know they are learning. My other job is turtoring students from a low income area and to help encourage them to pursue a college education. I enjoyed the book Mrs. Gorski, I think I have the Wiggle Fidgets and have used it in my classroom and the students loved it. I would like to also own the book If your so smart why can’t you spell Mississippi for my students at the preschool so they understand that not everyone reads words the same. The other book that would also help me in my efforts is Last to Finish for my students in the low income area, so they are inspired to keep pushing themselves through struggles that unfortunately they will face that other students may not.
Thank you for the books you write. Please keep them coming!

Our little county suffers from low reading, math, and science scores. The reading capabilities of our students must flourish in their early years. A love of books and a desire to read books must “catch-on” during those developmental years. I am teaching first grade for the first time this year, and many of the titles would speak to so many of my students, as well as other grade level students. Last to Finish is one title that could positively influence and best serve as a professional resource.
Send us your shipping address. We will send several copies of each hardcover book. Thank you for your email!
I am a parent of two identified Gifted and Talented children, as well as a volunteer teacher aide for both my kids’ schools. “Mrs. Gorski, I think I have the Wiggle Fidgets” speaks to my son who simply cannot sit still but hears and understands everything being said in class. “Last to Finish” really made my daughter feel better to know she is not the only one who freezes up on timed tests. Thank you all so much for these great books!
Thank you for the kind email! We love to hear how our books are doing in the trenches! The reviews from parents and kids are the ones that matter most! Check out our facebook page ~ lots of interesting information gathered to help support parents and children!
Thank you for writing! My nephew’s new school allows students who “wiggle” to use the classrooms “standing desks”, desks without seats, just the right size to stand and complete classwork. Someone is thinking and showing true interest towards the needs of our wigglers!
